Project Planning
We finalize specifications — concrete thickness, PSI, finish type, drainage slope, control joint placement, and timeline.
STEP 3
Site Preparation
Excavate to proper depth, remove existing concrete or materials, and establish correct grade for drainage.
STEP 4
Base Installation
Compact and install the correct gravel base depth — the most important step most contractors shortcut.
STEP 5
Forming
Set forms to the correct dimensions, elevation, and slope. Reinforcement (rebar or mesh) is placed per spec.
STEP 6
Concrete Pour
High-strength concrete is placed, screeded, and floated. We never add water to the truck to make placement easier.
STEP 7
Finishing
Surface is finished to your specification — broom, exposed aggregate, stamped pattern, or smooth trowel.
STEP 8
Cure & Seal
Curing compound applied, control joints cut to proper depth, and sealer applied where specified. Final inspection and walkthrough with you.
