Drainage Design
Confirm gutter slope, channel dimensions, and outlet locations to ensure proper water flow and avoid pooling.
STEP 3
Excavation & Grade
Excavate the curb or gutter trench to the correct depth and slope. Remove any existing curbing or landscape edging.
STEP 4
Base Preparation
Compact the sub-base and install gravel bedding where required for the curbing application.
STEP 5
Forming
Set forms or curb molds to the exact dimensions and slope required. This sets the final profile of the curbing.
STEP 6
Concrete Pour
High-strength concrete placed and consolidated into the forms — no voids, proper coverage.
STEP 7
Finishing & Edging
Smooth and finish exposed surfaces. Edge and tool joints as required for the application.
STEP 8
Cure & Cleanup
Curing compound applied. All forms stripped, excess material removed, and site cleaned up. Final inspection with you.
